Mark B. Weisser was born and raised in Cincinnati. He attended Walnut Hills High School where he graduated in 1976. He then attended Miami University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 1980. From there he attended Case Western Reserve University Law School where he obtained his JD Degree in 1983. Upon successful completion of the Bar Examination, Mr. Weisser has been practicing law since November of 1983.

Mr. Weisser and Mr. Wolf established the Law Firm of Weisser and Wolf in 1988. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Weisser served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky where he served as an instructor in Ohio Workers' Compensation law. Mr. Weisser was among the first group of attorneys to be certified as a specialist in Ohio Workers' Compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Weisser is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. He has practiced extensively before the Industrial Commission, the Courts of the State of Ohio, the Courts of the State of Kentucky, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Weisser has served as a guest lecturer with respect to numerous seminars sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association in the fields of Ohio Workers' Compensation law and Personal Injury law.

Mr. Weisser has extensive trial experience, having served as first chair in numerous civil jury trials. He has recently obtained a multi-million dollar verdict in a medical malpractice claim and a multi-million dollar settlement in a complex product liability case arising out of a construction accident.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Weisser has been involved extensively in the community. He has served and is serving on several non-profit Boards. He is married and has 2 children.

Attorney Mark Weisser is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Ohio Association for Justice. He is an AV rated attorney (the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell) and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
